As the proud son of CEO Tracey Kartsone, Kaden has dedicated his life to the continuation and growth of Central Billing Office. Starting out as the office courier in 2016, Kaden has worked every position in the company and learned the ins and outs of each role. He now manages internal functions, generates personalized analytical reports for clients, and works closely with clients to set and achieve desired goals for their practice.

Founding Central Billing Office in 1989, Tracey has built her company from the ground up from nothing but hard work, passion, and integrity. Her strong moral compass has guided her in running a company that is ethical and family-oriented first. By prioritizing her clients and employees above profits and all else, Tracey's reputation is known across Utah as trustworthy, reliable, and selfless. Humbly, Tracey has never advertised or promoted her company, and yet she has grown CBO from one client to more than 30 purely by word of mouth from her clients. Tracey attributes her success to the success of her clients and prides herself on the personal friendships she has with each and every one of the healthcare providers she works for.

Chief Compliance Officer

Daughter of CEO Tracey Kartsone, Katrina has worked closely with her mother for over 12 years. She specializes in maintaining CBO and its client's compliance with insurance payers, the law, and the latest industry changes. Katrina oversees our dedicated credentialing team and ensures timely and accurate contracting with payors. Her persistence and strong will make her the perfect person to get the best payer contract possible for our clients.
